TARTAN TOO LATE?

 

So when in the season is it too late to wear tartan pants? I originally intended on wearing these beauties to Midnight Mass on Christmas, but it was far too cold to have my ankles exposed. I still have yet to wear them anywhere, and now I'm wondering did I miss the boat until next holiday? Let me know what you think please and thank you.

TREAT YO SELF: LOUBOUTIN

 I don't know about you but being that I am single with no kids, I spoil myself during the holidays, because if I don't who will? Plus the sales are so good...

My biggest treat to myself this past Christmas were these shoes followed by several cocktail dresses including this one from Bloomingdales. 

 

I was originally supposed to be responsible and spend that money on a new laptop, but BOOOOOOOOOO. Laptops are no fun. I'll wait until mine dies completely and enjoy my shoes and all my dresses in the meantime. 

PS Isn't this dress so much better going than it is coming? Love the back!

Question: What do you wear when you're going to a kickback a.k.a house gathering  for NYE but you still want to sparkle?

Answer: Sequins & sneakers topped off with some fur! 

I threw this outfit together in between making COLLARD GREEN DIP & calling my uber and I kind of love it! The fur was a last minute "it's cold outside and I don't want to bring a coat" decision, and I think it was the right decision.
