Remember when I talked about HAT HAIR DAYS? They use to be few and far between, but now that I am growing out my relaxer, they are taking over my life. I am used to doing my hair myself once a week, but now I go to the salon every 2 weeks, and around day 10, I have no idea what to do with my limp, bodyless hair (suggestions welcomed). Until I figure it out, I will be growing my hat collection.
PS-I'm going on a little adventure this weekend. Make sure you follow me on INSTAGRAM to tag alone.

Ironically, today's a hat day for me too. And I'm not trying to grow my relaxer out...it's just time to get another one!
ReplyDeleteVery nice outfit. I love the little rocker chic thing you have going on with that fedora and scarf!
ReplyDeleteYou look cute! Are you growing out your relaxer to your natural state or are you just stretching?

ReplyDeleteYou should try curling your hair with a styling wand to add some volume on those days. I think you would look so pretty with soft curls!
ReplyDeleteThose boots!

If you want to get a little curl without extra heat try bantu knots! Or try twisting your hair when you wash it for a soft curl. You can look up how to do all this on youtube. I have to admit when I was growing out my relaxer I did a lot of buns (hahaha) both with my own hair and with some hair added just bc it was easier for my work at the hospital. But the weekends are the best time to experiment until you become an expert.
