Excuse my impromptu blogger break. I was working on this post last Tuesday night and thought to myself "Man, my tooth hurts. I have to put the computer down and sleep this off". Turns out not only did I need to put the computer down, but I also need to get my wisdom teeth out, and no I did not get any sleep that night. I'm terrified. Say a prayer. Wish me luck. Tell me it's going to be ok. And bare with me if I go MIA, again.
I think this outfit embodies the essence of being simply chic. It's a very understated look (jeans and a tee) made a little bit more interesting with accessories (hat, bag, heels etc). It just goes to show that you don't have to put in a lot of time, effort or money to be chic. I threw this on to go to my nephew's basketball birthday party, and while I was on the way there I found out about a day party for "big kids". Luckily I had some heels in the car and voolia...Simplement Chic.
